The Hackers
The russian government has extradited three out of four of the hackers to Canadian authority. The remaining hacker is of Russian dissent and will be tried in the homeland. We continue to make progress in finding and prosecuting all responsible.
We can not expect the state to have control over all non-state actors. We should all continue to develop preventative cyber infrastructure to mitigate the effects that renegade groups can have upon national security of Russia, Canada and the United States. We are willing to collaborate with other governments to develop standardized defence mechanisms to ensure that these security breaches do not continue to occur.
At this time it is recommended that all the groups prepare a final press release. Government actors should evaluate the policies they enacted in response to the cyber attack. In addition, they should discuss what challenges they will face in the future when responding to cyber attacks. The media should file a report that analyzes the events that transpired over the day and look at the challenges governments all around the world face with the potential threat of cyber terrorism or cyber warfare.

We call upon the UN to call Russian leaders to international court of justice for violating human rights.
The Russian government has apprehended the hackers and are extraditing the criminals to Canada where they will be tried.
We appreciate the platform of the NDP and agree that it is necessary to meet with all heads of state, and the UN to draft policies so that this does not reoccur and so that all states can act in collaboration with one another.

Draft Resolution 1.1: Solution to the Hacking Crisis
We, Her Majesty’s Loyal Opposition, present our solution to the hacking crisis:
A meeting of the various heads of states in consultation with the United Nations, on drafting policy proposals regarding prosecution of hacking criminals.
An immediate recall of all meat products, and increased financial support for the Canadian Food Inspection Agency
A reassessment and an official inquiry into the state of animal welfare within the meat-packing industry
The NDP remains firmly convicted to the environmental policy platforms outlined during the past federal election;
